Heard learned advocate Mr. Alkesh Shah on behalf of the applicant­Insurance Company.

By way of this application, the applicant prays for condoning delay of 237 days in preferring the First Appeal against judgment and award passed by the learned MACT, Gandhinagar dated 2.4.2019 in MACP No. 38/2010.
