the applicant through video conference.

Issue Rule, returnable on 26.04.2021.

By way of interim relief, the impugned judgment and

award dated 27.03.2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident

Claims Tribunal (Auxi), Vadodara in MACP No.777/2012 shall be

stayed on the condition that the applicant - Insurance

Company shall deposit the entire award and amount along with

interest and cost before the concerned Tribunal by the next

returnable date.
