Heard learned Advocate Mr. Hiren Modi on behalf of the applicant.

By way of this application, the applicant prays for condoning delay of 24 days which has occurred in preferring First Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 5th November, 2019 passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Panchmahal at Godhara in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.655 of 2016.

Considering the same, Issue Rule returnable on 15th April, 2021.
