We have heard Ms. Kavya Tulsiyani, the learned counsel appearing for Mr. Akshat Khare on behalf of the appellant­ONGC and Mr. Rudra Trivedi, the learned counsel appearing for the original claimants.

The appeal is ordered to be admitted.

To be listed with First Appeal No.1700 of 2020 and First Appeal No.1134 of 2021.

C/FA/1135/2021 ORDER DATED: 07/06/2021

Order in Civil Application No.1 of 2020

Pending final disposal of the First Appeal, the execution, operation and implementation of the judgment and order passed by the 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar, dated 21.09.2019 in the LAR Nos.94/2002 to 96/2002 shall remain stayed on the condition that the appellant/applicant ONGC shall deposit the entire amount of award with costs and interest in the Court of 7th Additional Senior Civil Judge, Gandhinagar within the period of eight weeks from today. Once the entire amount is deposited then it shall be open for the claimants to file an appropriate application for the disbursement of the said amount. If any such application is filed, the Court concerned shall pass appropriate orders at the earliest.

The civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
