                               ORAL ORDER

1. By way of present revision application, the applicant has prayed to quash and set aside the judgment and order dated 30.07.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Dahod in Criminal Misc. Application No.216 of 2018.

2. Heard Mr. J.H. Patel, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Krina Calla, learned APP for the respondent-State and Mr. Pruthvirajsinh Solanki, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

3. Having heard learned counsels appearing for the respective parties and having perused the material available on record, it appears that the respondent no.2-wife namely Nehaben Yadav has filed an affidavit, inter alia, stating that the parties have entered into amicable settlement and filed Consent Divorce Petition and got decree dated 10.03.2021.

R/CR.RA/1372/2019 ORDER DATED: 02/07/2021

4. In view of the amicable settlement and the divorce between the parties, the judgment and order dated 30.07.2019 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Dahod in Criminal Misc. Application No.216 of 2018 is hereby set aside.

5. In the aforesaid terms, the present revision application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
