Heard learned advocate Mr. Nishit Bhalodi for the appellant.

This appeal is directed judgment and order dated 13.2.2020 of Ex- Officio Commissioner for the Employee's Compensation Act and Judge Labour Court, Ahmedabad, dismissing of the application of the appellant for compensation.

The appeal deserves to be admitted on the following substantial questions of law,

(i) Whether Court of the Commissioner of Employee's Compensation Act committed an error in not holding that the deceased died in course of employment ?

(ii) Whether Court of the Commissioner of Employee's Compensation Act was justified in not ordering the compensation against any of the respondents, even though they were compositely liable to pay the compensation in the facts of the case ?
