1. Present application has been filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 35 days occurred in filing application seeking leave to appeal arising out of judgment and order dated 18.09.2019 passed by the 7th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bharuch in Criminal Complaint No.14349 of 2019.

2. Nobody appears for private respondent, though duly served.

3. Having regard to facts and circumstances of the case and to the contents of the application filed by the applicant, present application for condonation of delay occurred in filing application seeking leave to appeal deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice and accordingly stands allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
