ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION :-

Rule returnable on 18th February, 2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main), Banaskantha District, At - Palanpur, dated 15.11.2009 in MACP No.338 of 2011 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
