                              ORAL ORDER

1. Heard Shri Maulik Shelat, learned advocate for the appellant through video conference.

2. By this appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 the appellant has challenged the judgment and award dated 06.08.2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Aux.), Aravalli at Modasa in MACP no. 2020 of 2013 for the lump-sum amount of Rs.10,000/- under all the heads.

3. Considering the smallness of amount involved in the present appeal, the same is not entertained and is accordingly dismissed.

4. The dismissal of this appeal shall not be treated as a precedent for another appeal arising out of the same accident. It is also clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and

this appeal is dismissed only on the ground of smallness of the amount. Civil Application also stands disposed of.
