1 Heard Shri Keyur A. Vyas, learned counsel for the appellant.
2 The learned Single Judge after dealing with the complete facts of the case, in para 6 of the judgment and order recorded that once the petitioner had accepted the lump sum amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, any subsequent challenge could not be sustained as no pending rights are left to be adjudicated.
3 We do not find any infirmity in the order passed by the learned Single Judge. Learned counsel for the appellant has also not able to show any perversity nor has

disputed the facts as recorded by the learned Single Judge.
4 The appeal lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
