ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION

Rule returnable on 12.03.2021. The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.) and 2nd Additional District Judge, Jamnagar, dated 24.05.2019 in MACP No.287 of 2000 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
