The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), City Civil Court, District Ahmedabad dated 20.12.2019 in MACP No.748 of 2008 is stayed on condition that applicant Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the returnable date.
