The matter is taken up through video conference. Learned advocate Mr. Keyur Vyas for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the original applicant, who was not aware about the order passed by the learned trial Court under Exh.5 that the advocate has not informed that the application was dismissed. Therefore there is a delay of 580 days in filing the appeal.

Issue NOTICE making it returnable on 27.04.2021. Registry to accept the relevant citations/judgments as provided by the learned advocate Mr. Vyas and place on record.
