Ms. Vrunda Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State appellant informs that the learned Single Judge relied upon the judgment of another learned Single Judge dated 12.04.2019 passed in Special Civil Application No. 12518 of 2008. She further submits that against the aforesaid judgment, the State has preferred filing Letters Patent Appeal No. 40302 of 2019 in which the Court has already issued notices on delay condonation application as also the appeal on 26.12.2019. We accordingly direct that the present appeal may also be connected to the aforesaid appeal and further order that let notices be issued on delay condonation application as also the appeal, returnable on 25.03.2021.
