Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms. Dhwani Tripathi for the appellants State and learned advocate Mr. Vijay Raval for the respondent claimant.

2. Stay was granted against the judgment and order impugned in the main First Appeal by this court as per order dated 18.9.2019. The awarded amount was already deposited.

3. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader stated that after deposit of the amount, the Reference Court has disbursed 50% of total deposited amount, whereas remainder amount has been invested in fixed deposit with nationalised bank.

4. In that view, stay granted by order dated 18.9.2019 stands confirmed in terms of directions for disbursement and investment.

5. Civil Application stands disposed of. Rule is made absolute.
