1. The petitioner apprehends his detention under PASA. Attention of this Court is invited to earlier rounds of litigation being Special Civil Application No.18624 of 2018 and Special Civil Application No.2086 of 2019. This Court has considered the orders passed on those two petitions dated 04.12.2018, 26.08.2019, 04.02.2019 and 10.05.2019. This Court has also considered the detention order dated 14.11.2018 stated to have been executed on 06.09.2019 and quashment thereof vide judgment dated 04.10.2019 recorded on Special Civil Application No.15921 of 2019.

2. Notice returnable on 05.03.2021. Learned AGP wavies service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Reply shall be filed by the respondent No.2 before the next date of hearing.
