The operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the 4th Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Mahesana at Visnagar dated 22.09.2020 in M.A.C.P. No.1454 of 2012 (old M.A.C.P. No. 906 of 2011) is stayed on condition that applicant - Insurance Company shall deposit the amount of liability of the applicant as determined by the Tribunal before the next returnable date.
