1. Present application has been filed by the applicant for condonation of delay of 62 days occurred in filing Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order dated 07.11.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bhavnagar in Criminal Case No.1969 of 2017.

2. Nobody appears for private respondent, though duly served.

3. Having regard to facts and circumstances of the case and to the contents of the application filed by the applicant, present application for condonation of delay occurred in Criminal Appeal deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice and accordingly stands allowed. Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
