Ms. Sancheti seeks to rely upon the decision of this High Court in the case of M/s. Amit Cotton Industries vs. Principal Commissioner of Customs, Special Civil Application No.20126 of 2018 decided on 27.06.2019.

In one of the matters, we are informed that this judgment rendered in M/s. Amit Cotton Industries has been challenged before the Supreme Court.
