By this application under Section 378(1)(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant-State has prayed for leave to file an appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 13.08.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO) Mehsana in Special (POCSO) Case No.51 of 2018.

In facts of this case, leave as prayed for deserves to be
