Learned advocate Ms. Hetal Patel with learned advocate Mr. Chetan Pandya for the applicant submits that there is delay of only 2 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 11.12.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bardoli, District - Surat in Criminal Case No. 1377 of 2018.
