Heard learned advocate Mr.Sunil Parikh for the applicant.

Direct service affidavit has been filed, as stated by learned advocate for the applicant.

It is to condone delay of 20 days that the applicant Insurance Company has filed this application.

The delay has taken place in preferring the appeal against the judgment and award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Main) Chota Udepur in Motor Accident Claims Petition No.987 of 2017.

Delay is largely attributable to the administrative procedure required to be undertaken by the applicant- Insurance Company.

Sufficient cause is made out. Delay is condoned. This application is allowed. Rule is made absolute.
