This is an application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condoning the delay of 141 days in preferring the criminal appeal against the Judgment and Order dated 19.07.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, Assam in Special Case No. 32/2017
I find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Therefore, the delay stands condoned.
The criminal appeal shall be registered and listed for admission hearing accordingly.
