19.01.2026 (K.R. Surana, J) Heard Ms. P. Barua, learned counsel for the applicant.

Issue notice returnable on 23.02.2026, on this application filed under section 5 of the Limitation Act, by which the applicant has prayed for condoning the delay of 183 days beyond the period of limitation in assailing the impugned judgment and order dated 20.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) 6592/2023.

The applicant shall take steps within 2(two) days for service of notice on the respondents by speed post with A/D.

Liberty is granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to collect the postal receipt number from the Registry so as to track service through the postal website of India Post and to submit the track report before the Registry prior to the next date fixed.
