                                      ORDER

21.02.2026

Heard Mr. A.K. Talukdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr.

A. Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 and Mr. K.K.

Parashar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

On a deliberation being made during the instant proceeding, this Court

finds it fit that the parties be called for on the next date and on their

appearance, further decisions will be taken.

Further, a prayer is made by the learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner that in the meantime, some payment may be made to the wife.

However, it is also stated that there is a stay operating with regard to the

payment order by the Sessions Court in this revision petition. It is also seen that

the learned counsel for the petitioner had although filed one Interlocutory

Application for modification, alteration of the said order. However, the same was

closed after some payment was made. It is open for the petitioner to file any

more Interlocutory Application if required.

List the matter on 06.03.2026 at 2:00 p.m. Interim order passed earlier

shall continue till the next returnable date.
