Heard Ms. R. D. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the appellant.

This appeal is an appeal under Section 173 of the M.V. Act, 1988 against the judgment and award dated 16.05.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.2, Kamrup (M), Guwahati in MAC Case No. 552/2022.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the present appeal is filed on the issue of quantum of the award.
