      This    Interlocutory   Application    has      been   filed    by     the
applicants/appellants seeking condonation of delay of 136 days in
preferring the connected appeal against the judgment dated 01.05.2025
passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.5939/2014.

      Let notice be issued to the respondent, on steps being taken by the

applicants within a period of two days, by both modes, i.e. registered post with A/D as well as usual process, returnable on 17.12.2025.

Let dasti notice also be served upon the respondent, for which necessary requisites will have to be filed by the applicants, whereafter the applicants would be handed over the forms of notice to be served dasti.

The applicants shall furnish a copy of the compliance report in the Registry forthwith.
