31.10.2025 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Being aggrieved by purported non-compliance of the directions contained Page No.# 2/2

in the judgment dated 17.09.2024 passed in WP(C)/4349/2019 which came to be disposed of along with two other writ petitions, the contempt petition has been filed.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent -IOCL submits that the directions contained in the order dated 17.09.2024 passed in WP(C)/4349/2019 has since been complied with, petitioner has been regularised in his services. His submissions is not opposed or disputed by counsel for the petitioner.

It is stated that the copy of the order of regularisation has also been served.

Taking into consideration the submissions made, this Court does not propose to proceed any further to this contempt petition.

Accordingly, contempt petition stands closed.

Notices issued, stands recalled.

Copy of the order passed by the authority regularising the writ petitioner in service which is placed before the Court is kept in the case record.
