1. Heard Mr. R. Goswami, the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant.

2. This application under Order 41 Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for stay of execution of the judgment and order dated 29.05.2025 passed in E. C. Case No. 19/2023 by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation, Bongaigaon.

3. The said judgment and order has been impugned by the present applicant by preferring a connected Miscellaneous First Appeal No. 45/2025.

4. Issue notice to the respondents.

5. The applicant/appellant shall take steps for issuance of notice upon the respondents by usual mode within seven days from the date of this order, returnable after four weeks.
