Heard Mr. J. Das, the learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the appellant.

2. This is an appeal against the judgment dated 26.03.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Dhemaji in Special (POCSO) Case No. 21 of 2024 arising out of Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 68/2023 by which the appellant has been convicted under Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

3. Admit the appeal.

4. Call for the TCR.

5. Issue Notice returnable in 4 weeks.

6. Mr. R.R. Kaushik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts Notice on behalf of the State.

7. Registry to send the soft copy of the appeal to the office of the Public Prosecutor who shall thereafter forward the same to the OC of the concerned police station for service of Notice to the respondent no. 2. Report shall thereafter be furnished by the OC of the concerned police station to the PP.

8. Registry to list the name of Mr. J. Das, the learned Legal Aid Counsel in the Cause List.

9. List the matter after 4 (four) weeks.
