This review petition is preferred by the petitioner for review of the judgment and order date 10.02.2025, passed by this Court, in MFA No. 27/2016.

It appears that earlier, this matter listed on 12.06.2025, along with MFA No. 68/2015 and MFA No. 74/2017; and on that day, a common order was passed. But, it appears that no notice was issued to the respondents.

Accordingly, it is provided that notice be issued to the respondents, returnable on 04.12.2025.

As Ms. Chakraborty, learned Special Senior Railway Advocate appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, no formal notice is required to be issued to them.

Ms. Sharma submits that she has already furnished extra requisite copies of the petition to Ms. Chakraborty, pursuant to the order dated 12.06.2025.

List the matter on 04.12.2025, along with MFA No. 68/2015 and MFA No. 74/2017.
