Heard Ms. D D Barman, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has been preferred by the appellant Insurance Company impugning the judgment and award dated 11.08.2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhubri in MAC Case No. 03/2018 (D), whereby, the appellant was directed to pay a compensation amount of Rs.28,40,400/- along with the interest to the claimants/respondents.

3. This appeal is admitted.

4. Issue notice for the respondents.

5. The appellant shall take steps for issuance of notice upon the respondents by speed post as well as by usual mode within 7 (seven) days from the date of this order, returnable after 4 (four) weeks.

6. Let the records of MAC Case No. 03/2018 (D) be called for from the concerned Tribunal.

7. Registry to take steps for requisitioning the aforesaid records.

8. List accordingly.
