matter today, i.e., on 16.05.2025 and the direction was issued to the respondent to file a compliance report in terms of this Court's common judgment and order(oral) dated 06.08.2024, passed in WP(C) Nos. 3652/2024 and 1248/2024. 3. At this stage, Ms. N. Bordoloi, learned counsel for the respondent prays for a last chance.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. List this matter again on 28.05.2025 and if, compliance report as required is not filed on the said date, in terms of the common judgment and order(oral) dated 06.08.2024 and the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in the instant contempt petition, the sole respondent/contemnor shall have to remain personally present before this Court on the next date fixed at 10:30 am to explain his conduct.
