ORDER
16.05.2025
Learned counsel, Mr. P.J. Barman is present for the applicant - National Insurance Company Ltd., who has filed this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with prayer of condonation of delay of 5 days in preferring the connected appeal.
The applicant is aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 30.12.2024 passed by the learned M.A.C.T., Dhubri in MAC Case No. 195/2012.
It is submitted that delay was owing to the formalities that had to be undertaken by the Insurance Company.
I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant. Sufficient grounds have been shown. It appears that the delay was not intentional.
For the interest of justice, delay of 5 days is hereby condoned.
Registry to register the connected appeal.
In term of the above observations, I.A. stands disposed of.
