Heard Mr. P.J. Barman, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. This application, under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, is preferred by the applicant for condoning the delay of 123 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 12.10.2023, passed by the learned Member, MACT, Hailakandi.

3. Let notice be issued to the respondents/opposite parties, within a week from today, returnable in 4 weeks, by registered post with A/D and also by usual process.
