Hussain, learned Counsel for the appellant, who has preferred this appeal under Section 413 of the BNSS, 2023 against the impugned judgment dated 29.11.2024 passed in Sessions Case No. 154/2016 (arising out of Chandmari PS Case No. 736/2015, U/S 302/34 IPC) by the learned Additional Session Judge, No. 1, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati, whereby the accused persons have been acquitted from the charge of offence under sections 302/34 IPC.
