Heard Mr. D.N. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner.

Mr. P.N. Goswami, learned Addl. AG (PHE Department), Assam has produced a copy

of the order dated 25-06-2025 to submit that the impugned show cause notice dated 23-

05-2025 issued to the petitioner has been withdrawn. Therefore, by granting liberty to the

department to take appropriate steps in terms of the judgment and order dated 27-02-

2025 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2211/2024, the writ petition be closed.

Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned counsel for the writ petitioner has also agreed to the

said recourse.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the

department, as prayed for.
