This is an application filed under Order XLI Rule 5 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for stay of the judgment and award dated 25.03.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhemaji in MAC Case No.01/2022.

2. Issue notice making it returnable on 20.08.2025.

3. Steps be taken upon the respondents by way of registered post with A/D as well as through usual process within 2(two) days.

4. This Court has already admitted the accompanying Appeal.

5. Taking into account the materials on record and the grounds of objection, this Court is of the opinion that the impugned judgment and award dated 25.03.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhemaji in MAC Case No.01/2022 is required to be stayed.

6. Accordingly, the judgment and award dated 25.03.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhemaji in MAC Case No.01/2022 is stayed till the next date.
