This Court vide an order dated 02.06.2025 had stayed the judgment and order dated 14.02.2025 passed by the learned Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) No.3, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in Title Appeal No.12/2023 till today.

2. Today, Mr. G. Imtiaz, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that taking into account that the accompanying Appeal has already been admitted by formulating a substantial question of law, he would not oppose the application.

3. Accordingly, this Court disposes of the instant Page No.# 3/3

application thereby directing that the impugned judgment and order dated 14.02.2025 passed by the learned Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) No.3, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in Title Appeal No.12/2023 shall remain stayed till the disposal of the Appeal.

4. With the above, the instant I.A. stands closed.
