Taking into account that the accompanying review petition has been filed in a proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution, the question of condonation of delay does not arise for which the instant application was not required to be filed.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there is an urgency for taking up the accompanying review application on the ground that in view of the judgment and order dated 27.03.2025 passed in WP(C) No.1266/2024, the applicants herein would be terminated from their services.
