Mr. M. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, State of Assam has submitted that the appeal is against conviction of the appellant under Section 304 Part-II, Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the impugned Judgment and Order of conviction and sentence, it is noticed that there were 10 [ten] nos. of prosecution witnesses apart from 5 [five] nos. of exhibits.

This Court is therefore, of the considered view that for an effective hearing of the appeal, preparation of the Paper-Book is necessary.

Office to prepare the Paper-Book.

List the case after 4 [four] weeks for a report as regards readiness of the Paper-Book.
