This application has been filed on behalf of the State Government seeking extension of time for concluding the departmental proceeding as directed by this Court by judgment and order dated 29.10.2024 in WP(C) No. 1053/2024.

It appears that the one month time frame granted by this Court earlier has already been expired and reading of the aforesaid judgment and order, it appears that only formal orders as regards the closure of departmental procedure is required to be passed in the matter.

Be that as it may, list this matter tomorrow i.e. 09/01/2025 as prayed for, to enable Mr. D. Nath, learned Senior Government Advocate for the State to apprise the Court as regards the reasonable time within which the direction passed by this Court shall be complied with.
