Heard Mr. A.M. Barbhuiya, the learned counsel for the appellant and also heard Ms. N. Das, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of State Respondent.

This is an application u/s 415(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Page No.# 2/2

(BNSS), 2023 against the impugned judgment and order dated 03.12.2024 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Hailakandi in Sessions Case No. 37 of 2023 convicting the accused/appellant u/s 307 IPC and sentenced him to undergo R.I. for 10 years and to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- in default to undergo S.I. for another 1 month.

Appeal is admitted.
