                                        ORDER

28-02-2025 Heard Shri S. P. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner, who is aggrieved by a termination notice dated 12.06.2021. The said termination was with regard to the work of Package No. C & D/79 pertaining to cleaning, desilting and maintenance of all city drains in Guwahati City for the year 2020-2021.

The learned counsel has also submitted that similar cases have been disposed of and the same direction would also cover the present case and one such case is WP(C)/1622/2024.

Let instructions be taken by Shri S. Bora, learned counsel appearing for all the respondents as to whether the case is covered by the earlier judgments.

Let the matter be listed for motion on 07.03.2025 and based on the instructions, this Court will make an endeavour to dispose of the writ petition.
