Heard Shri D. Bora, learned counsel for the appellants, who has preferred this appeal against Judgment and order dated 26.12.2024 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge (FTC) No. 3, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati in Sessions Case No. 300/2016 convicting and sentencing the accused / appellants to undergo imprisonment for life and to pay Rs.10,000/- each as fine, in default of payment of fine to undergo further simple imprisonment for one year for committing offence under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

Since Ms. S.H. Bora, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has entered appearance and accepts notice on behalf of State respondent No. 1, issuance of formal notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.
