1. Heard Ms. S. Roy, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant. Also heard Ms. R. Choudhury, the learned counsel for the respondents/caveator, who submits that the appellant has filed another regular second appeal with filing No. 14346/2025.

2. She submits that in the said regular second appeal there was a delay which has already been condoned by this court and Registry has Page No.# 3/3

been directed to register the said appeal.

3. She submits that as both the regular second appeal arise out of the common judgment, passed by the First Appellate Court, it would be appropriate that both the regular second appeal is taken up together. She, therefore, prays for listing this matter tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant does not oppose the prayer.

5. Let this regular second appeal be listed, along with the other regular second appeal filed by the present applicant (filing number 14346/2025) on 19.12.2025.
