(Ashutosh Kumar, C.J.) This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicants/UCO Bank seeking condonation of delay of 119 days in preferring the connected appeal against the judgment dated 03.06.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in WP(C) No.6360/2016.

We have heard Mr. S. Chamaria, learned Advocate for the applicants/UCO Bank and Mr. T.K. Misra, learned Advocate for the respondent.

After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicants/appellants for condoning the delay of 119 days in preferring the connected appeal.

We, therefore, condone the delay.
