1. Heard Mr. K. K. Bhatta, learned counsel for the appellant.

2. This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 has been preferred by the appellant/Insurance Company impugning the Judgment and Award dated 14.07.2025 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No. 1, Kamrup(M) in MAC Case No. 1324/2020 whereby the appellant/Insurance Company was directed to pay a compensation amount of Rs.53,06,392/- along with an interest @ 6% per annum to the respondents /claimants.

3. This appeal is admitted.

4. Issue notice to the respondents.

5. The appellant shall take steps for issuance of notice by speed post as well as by usual mode within seven days from the date of this order, returnable after four weeks.

6. Let the records of MAC Case No. 1324/2020 be called for from the concerned Tribunal.
