This appeal under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 has been filed challenging the judgment and award dated 29.11.2022 passed by the learned Member, MACT at Nagaon in MAC Case No.385/2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant Mr. A. Acharya. The appeal has been filed by the appellant mainly on the ground that the G.D. entry as well as the FIR did not reflect the number of the offending vehicle. Moreover, the vehicle was seized only after a lapse of 9 days from the date of accident.

Admit the appeal for hearing.
