11.08.2025 Heard Ms. S. Todi, learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

This Regular First Appeal under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, is directed against the Judgment and Order dated 03.06.2025, passed by the learned Page No.# 3/3

Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Sivasagar, in Title Suit No. 39/2018, whereby, the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) has dismissed the Title Suit No. 39/2018.

Perused the memo of appeal and the grounds mentioned therein and also perused the impugned Judgment and Order dated 03.06.2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Sivasagar, in Title Suit No. 39/2018.

Admit.

Issue Notice to the respondents, returnable in 4 (four) weeks.
